T2er here. I have been on a low carb diet for a week now.
Staggered at how quickly my BGs have gone down.
Before I started low carb, my readings have been anywhere between 23 and 12 for weeks. I’m now hitting below 10 for most of the day (except mornings, obvs).
I wanted to celebrate my lowest score achieved ever just now: 5.6!
Am eating a precautionary apple
