My favourite snack is pecans and cubed 'Mexicana' cheese together. It sounds a bit odd I grant you, but is delicious!

Hi, Ive just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and so am now on a low carb diet. The weight is coming off nicely however im getting stuck on low carb snacks for my peckish moments. Any suggestions please?

Hi Jools. The craving for tasty snacks is partly in the mind and you need to attack those cravings by programming your sub conscious. You can get help with this by reading a book called PsychoCybernetics by Doctor Maxwell Maltz. I bought my first copy of it in the 1960's and it is still available, and relevant, today. It's about mental imaging and is a technique easily learnt. You can get it from Amazon and it's not expensive. Best wishes. Biggles 36
