Currently I am eating a lot of takeaways and fast food because of my circumstances. This is an entirely new experience for me as normally I cook my own grub from scratch and don't live near enough to takeaway and fast food outlets to be tempted .
The problem is I have no clue what the carb content of any of them actually is, and as a result my BG levels are soaring
. As I'm a veggie too, there is next to no help from "Carbs and Cals". So I would be very grateful if anyone has any suggestions for lower carb options from Indian and Chinese takeaways, or just any suggestions really !
At the moment I just don't have time to cook at all, or even shop properly, so taking anything with me from home apart from something I can grab on the fly is not an option
