Hi, you do need to see your GP, you may have a form of hypoglycaemia, do you have symptoms?

thank you ,
i did not know that there could be a cause , other than diabetes , i will research it

We have a forum of our own, click on forums at the top of the page, scroll down to Reactive Hypoglycaemia. Click on that forum and read the relevant information.

I have just been diagnosed type one and they told me anything below 4 is classed as a hypo, I recommend seeing your doctor.

Not everyone who has a hypo is T1!
Most types of diabetics can have hypos.

The range for normal blood glucose levels is between 3.7 and 6.0! So I was informed!
However, there are those who post on here can live happily a little below or above and have no symptoms.
Sometimes those who offer advice can be wrong, as is what we get recommended to eat to be healthy!

Best wishes.
