I’ve noticed My sugars are not going up they staying low even after having food with the required amount of insulin I’ve been diabetic 15 years haven’t experienced this before any reason or idea’s thanks

Maybe your basal or ratios need changing slightly, this can just happen, it is certainly not guaranteed to stay the same lifelong.

My CGM shows real time effect of taking insulin on my sugars, so i get to know how much insulin is apt for me..I use blucon nightrider with freestyle libre sensor. You should try being on CGM and you will get to adjust the insulin dose.

While cgms are very useful if you can get them you can still adjust insulin doses by testing the old fashioned way, with a glucometer. :).

@Job76 there can be lots of reasons for your insulin ratios/amounts to change: stress, illness, exercise, change of diet, the weather, ... Are you confident in adjusting basal and/or bolus amounts? If not, I would contact your team. Hypos are no fun.
