Lowered my HBA1C in 4 months

Inspriring. Thank you for sharing. I'm having a tough day so it helped.

Great result Douglas....well done

Douglas do you feel any different for the weight loss and good results?

That's fantastic - I love hearing what has worked for others it's really inspirational - well done ,

Fantastic and well done. Can you now convince the wife to cook healthier foods.

Congratulations!!

The most important point that you made was having lost the taste for the 'damaging' foods - it is so difficult to
impress upon the newly diagnosed (I know you are not a newby) that they will not miss their favourite foods within
a matter of days and that their taste buds will adjust with no poblem.

Please get your wife on board. Eating is what we do three times a day and eating together is one of the joys of life. Not so much fun though if you are always eating differently. It will be easier to maintain your progress if your wife shares the way of eating and probably healthier for her.

Douglas, in your original post you mentioned Home made bean curries ? Do you have a recipe?

I'm really getting into curry and spices for the first time in my life, and bean curry sounds lovely.
