Good morning
I am trying lutein eye cap vitamins, I have had type one for 37 years and I have eye complications, has anyone else tried the above vitamins and did it help?

I have early onset dry macular degeneration and I take a Macushield capsule every day recommended by the optician. It was diagnosed about three years ago when I had cataract removal and it has not got any worse so hopefully they do work

I have had vitrectomy operations on both eyes I was recommended the I caps to prevent eye bleeds. But they are expensive

Just looked at the Macusheild and it contains lutein as well

I have the start of age related macular degeneration and the correct supplement should be to the AREDS2 formula.
I have some Bausch and Lomb capsules but not started on them yet. They are expensive.
