Magnesium supplements without soy beans?

I have a question about Magnesium supplements. I noticed that the couple of different brands I've been taking (in Australia) both contain soy beans. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if that is because using soy beans is the only way to make Magnesium supplements, or are there other alternatives? I thought I'd ask the carnivores because I can't imagine you would be eating soy beans otherwise. Also, any experience of whether Magnesium Citrate is the best one to ward off the keto flu symptoms, or a combination of different magnesium types?

I also wonder about Vitamin D and whether these oil capsules can oxidise in the same way that fish oil capsules apparently do. One of my Magnesium tablets contains Vitamin D but it's not an oil capsule. Would that absorb as well? Sorry if I'm asking these questions into the wind. I'm googling and haven't found any answers yet and thought someone else may have read about it. Cheers
