Margarine on the way out?

In my 50s now and brought up on offal, liver, hearts, kidney (sausages and black pudding; if they count) but, tripe boiled in milk and onions (as my father liked it), I can still smell it, and reject it, to this day. Having said that, magerine, is poo!

Bread and dripping I loved but tripe and onions one of my dad's favourites I just would not eat nor have I since yuck. Margarine I won't have it in the house also yuck. with my family it's always been butter.

Love Welsh butter, salted of course, but am quite fond of Lurpack
