McDonald's diet & Weight Loss

To save you the time watching supersize me:
Man eats nothing but macd's for a month, supersizing when asked, man gets very sick, physically and mentally, man gets told to stop by his doctor, man takes a very long time to recover.
I think man was called Morgan Spurlock(?).

More accurately, he started with abnormally low cholesterol which couldn't be achieved without using drugs, to normal cholesterol at the end of month...
 
there is another version out there that is lesser known to degrees then super size me because it never was made into a documentary = but was a american science teacher, who lost over 30 pounds eating McDonalds for three meals a day, but he had set goals, such as no more then 2000 calories a day plus carb limits, etc and he actually dropped his cholesterol levels in the process - he did it for 90 days.

I hate mcdonalds and their ilk but fine if you like it did you test your bloods pre and 2hrs post. At the end of the day it is that which counts not the writing on the box.
lf you didnt test and perhaps wrongly l think you didnt then you are asking for trouble.
l agree with Scandichick about lchf it sounds to me like you just low carb and did not or dont eat balanced meals.
