Does anyone have a meal plan they would share?
Im on a budget!

Controlled by Metformin and Inslutard
Very overweight...

Hello there, if you go onto a thread called "Viv's modified Atkins Diet" which was posted by a lady also on a strict budget and with a lot of weight to lose you'll get lots of good ideas. Very best of luck @MRSDUMPLIN
 
I've just bought and read the 8 week Blood Sugar Diet book to keep me focused . I've controlled my Diabetes by lower carb and activity for nearly 3 years . Good to reflect sometimes and go back to basics .
 
Mrsdumplin when I started I cut down on bread , pasta , rice and potatoes . Had a little bit of Aldi dark chocolate at night ( very sweet tooth and needed it lol ).
