Is anyone one eating meat (red included) and sturated fats to keep thier glucose at good levels and had thier ApoB tested? If so can you give your results ?

Hi @WAGR57 are you including those of us on Statins, because they will bring down ApoB numbers. I’m on statins 20mg Rosuvastatins my ApoB results were 0.87g/L lab range 0.59-1.25gL

The issue for me is my Lipoprotein Little (a) results, they were 199 nmol/L - Lab range <100 nmol/L . They have come down with to 172. The Lp (a) . Is purely genetic , it is not affected by diet. It’s a new test that has been rolled out across the world. High Lp(a) s is strongly associated with CVD / and Peripheral neuropathy.
