Just got my medical exception card here in uk just a noob question I take it that this covers all prescribed drugs not just diabetes drugs ?? wouldn’t want to suddenly get fine!!!

Be aware of the pitfalls, @Slaine2k .
The certificate will have an expiry date, so will need to be renewed.

Also, it is only valid while you are on meds for diabetes. So if you should happen to get blood glucose levels that no longerneed medication you may need to check regulations. (Though you are correct that you will also be exempt from other prescription charges, not related to diabetes).
