I just carry a card in my wallet that says I type 1 diabetes and it contains my wife's contact details.

I too carry a card in my purse with nok details plus I wear a bracelet with medication details enclosed

Back in the late 70s & early 80s I had an SOS Talisman but they weren't completely water proof and it was chrome I think and discoloured very quickly with the sweat of my wrist, I don't know if they've improved since then?

I have a medical bracelet on. There is so many great designs on. I don't carry my wallet on me at all times so it would be useless having a card.
