Hi, has anyone else had problems with the clasp on a MediTag bracelet? Mine kept coming undone. The whole family tried doing it up for me in the hope that it'd stay done up. It didn't, and now it's lost. I contacted MediTag and they weren't helpful!
I've now bought an SOS one but it wasn't cheap.
I know that being safe(r) is worth more than I paid for either alert bracelet but I can't help feeling miffed by MediTag.
