I've just started to learn to meditate - it seems to really help me relax and feel more positive about going forward. Has anyone else had any experience with this kind of relaxation technique...
Having not been given the opportunity to go back and try life without - I'm not sure.
I do have a positive outlook.
My reaction to many situations seems to be unexpected.
I am content - mostly - but have high expectations for myself whilst accepting that many will not match them.
