Meds Help Please

Yep it will be the dried cranberries they are all dried with extra sugar. Most dried fruit is a no no!
Not are awesome though but just small around.

Dessert of choice atm is whipped cream or greek yoghurt with a few macadamias, a few frozen berries and some dried coconut on the top. Satisfies my sweet tooth easy. I now find berries extremely sweet after 4 week low carbing
That sounds delicious! As far as fruits go, for me it's portion control, about 1/4 of a fruit is about right. I've also always liked my bananas rather un-ripe, just enough so I can peel it. I slice about 1/4 of a barely ripe banana in with my strawberries and heavy cream, and yum, it's good! I have a hard time stopping at only a few nuts, but I'm getting better,,, I just love the idea of adding macadamias and coconut! Maybe with a sprinkling of cocoa powder on top? I must be hungry. It's late here and this sounds like a dream.... ;)
 
If you are lucky, Metformin will change your world and put you back in charge of your eating. 3 months ago I was pigging out on 5 - 6 K calories per day. I started taking the pesky pills and now eat around 1200 cals per day. I've lost 17 kilos without even trying. Give them a whirl.

Can you explain more about what you mean. I've just been put on metformin. Diagnosed last week. I have no idea what to do. Have noticed more about how I feel. Just thought the headaches & shakes wasme ggetting older. Lol. How does this medicine reduce your calorie intake. Any info will be greatly received.
 
@nicki_noodle - Hi. Most people take to Metformin, it may cause some stomach upset at first and especially if taken on an empty stomach. The good news is these symptoms go away so don't stop taking it.
Metformin takes time to build up in your system and can take up to a couple of months to reach the full effect. It lowers the amount of sugar created by the Liver, and decreases the amount of sugar absorbed by the intestines. It may help a type 2 Diabetic lose weight as it lowers your appetite. :)
