My dad is 58 and has had diabetes since he was 19. He does not get out much due to the neuropathy in his legs and I would really love for him to get out and socialise again. I cant seem to find any 'meetup groups' for people with diabetes or activities for him to take part in. Please, if someone has any information on this in the Sheffield area, it would be greatly appreciated.
