Metal breath

So I've been type 1 for about 2 months and I've got weird kind of metallic breath. My levels are OK more or less.... Any ideas?

Are you low carbing? If so it could be ketosis.

Some meds, such as Metformin, can give metallic taste in mouth, but not sure if it affects breath.

As Bluebell says, ketobreath is possible on a low carb diet,

Hi. Metformin can leave a metallic taste. In my case it lasted 6 months but it does fade away.
