Hello all me again, after reading around i've decided to buy a blood tester to help me decide which foods /meals are better or worse,
All in need now is some recommendations of which 1 to buy. Many thanks
 
With most "whats the best" questions people will invariably recommend the one they use but if you are paying for your own test strips I would recommend the one that has the cheapest strips there is one that is often talked about on here called the Code Free Meter or something not sure if thats the correct name or who makes it though.

Hopefully by bumping your post up the list someone who knows the name will see this and fill in the blanks :thumbup:
 
Hi a company called supercheck2 sent me a meter free and if you cannot get the doctor to prescribe the strips etc they cost £8.49 for 50 plus this meter can be set to talk so if you have a problem with your eyesight its great of course you can turn the voice off. hope this helps
