I am taking 4 x 500mg slow release metformin at about 6pm with my main meal. I also take 100mg Sitagliptin. Can anyone suggest when is the best time to take Sitogliptin? Many thanks.

My endo and my GP recommended either, first thing with a drink, not juice or milk because of the carbs. Or just before your first meal!
Their is a drug called Janumet, which has both drugs combined.
Any other questions, I have been on sitagliptin since 2014, and no problems!
