Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)
Many may say they don't think that Cheryl Cole can sing but if last nights performance at the Brits was anything to go by she can't mime either. And she has the cheek to judge others on the X-Factor, the words kettle and pot spring to mind. And they say the Brits is the best of British music :cry:

I did think Dizzie Rascal and Florence's performance was pure class though and even Robbie delivered too :D

I saw it too,what a load of rubbish. :D
I agree Florence and Dizzees performance was fab,in my eyes Sir Robbie always delivers lol.
