pump has gone down with a stuck button after speaking to Medtronic help line we managed to free it but they are sending a new pump should get it tomorrow. they where most helpful on the phone and could not do enough for me. I have to say a big thanks to Medtronic team.

pump came to day Medtronic phoned twice to see if it had come and went through setting it up every thing ok again thanks to the Medtronic team grate support

Medtronic were fantastic when my pump broke last year I had a replacement at my door in less than 24 hours, their customer care is fab, glad you got sorted!
