MiniMed Mio and a bath!

Hi quick question, does anyone know if the above is ok in the bath? Only had it a week and know it fine is showers but can it remain submerged for quite a while? Will still have the pump attached though.

Hey you can detach the minimed when in the bath, please don't leave it attached though, it's not waterproof !!
 
If you mean the set, then it's fine in the bath, but as @Juicyj says, the Veo isn't waterproof. The 640G on the other hand, is.
 
Thanks for the replies, its was the set which was the concern. I had the pump (640) on the side of the bath so didn't get over heated. :)
 
The MiniMed 640 is water proof to about 12 feet for a good few hours.
I mentioned this to the rep when i was being issued my pump thinking it would be ok to shower still attached. He said just disconnect it and reattach afterwards its nit going to make much difference. So thats what i do.
