I will be doing the ASPIRE course in October. I think this is just a similar course to other Type 1 courses which has been put together by our local hospital.

i went on a LIFE course at my local hospital (Luton and Dunstable) - this was a four week course for type one diabetics which taught you a lot about diet and exercise as well as how and when and how much insulin to give- it was very good but i had to wait 5 years for that
