Try upping the "healthy fats" such as greek yoghurt (10%) fat, adding olive oil to salads and dressings. A bit of cheese and natural fat in meats for exampleI also need to put some weight back on.... How

In having more cooked breakfasts from time to time , plus some thicker yogurts 5% at the moment. I am also ating more protein. My weight has risen a little but not constant gain as yet
However I have had a chat with a Nurse who gave me a nutritional sheet for Type 2. It confims a lot of things Ive gleeaned . Nice to have written down concisely.
Ive also spoken at length to a trainee registrar at my GP practice. His suggestion re overnight falls in readings was to up the carbs for the last meal of the day . Im monitoring this suggeston it seems to be onthe right lines .
