Monitor arrived

Well my CodeFree glucose monitor has arrived and I have just been reading through the instructions and oh it sounds so difficult to use.
I am used to my blood glucose levels being like 6.8 6.9 etc...I am prediabetic...but the example picture of the monitor on the instruction book shows a reading of 107 and I don't understand what that is so I am totally confused. Wonder if I will get the hang of using it as I am really nervous about it at the moment
 
The US and UK measure blood glucose in different units. In the UK, it's mmol. Your meter should default to this. Don't worry too much about all the pages of instructions, they're all pretty similar. Good luck.
