Fat, that's not much of an alternative, that effects your cholesterol
Try a tablespoon of good olive oil with your meal,avocado,streaky bacon.....I know all fats aren't bad, but just simply stating FAT that's not much help at all. I have cut out pasta before and it really didn't have a dramatic effect. I am willing to try most things, just be nice to get some proper suggestions!

I have also be using Cashew butter as a coating when cooking chicken and turkey.
