I have just had my latest Hba1c back from and it is 53. I aren't sure what to make of that, as my doctor tells me that it's within the normal expected range as been managed.
My previous ones were 46 and 49. He put me on statins before xmas, as my cholesterol was higher than it should perhaps be and since then my morning blood sugar has been averaging around 7.
Just looking for opinions and tips on how I can lower my morning sugar levels?
I eat a pretty healthy diet and I and regularly go to the gym and cycle, I am only 10st and obviously thin, but then again I have never been fat or obese and have never smoked.. I would like to put some weight on but I don't seem to be able too.
