Apologies if this has previously been discussed.
Why is it that my morning blood sugar readings are higher than my before bed readings.
    Thanks

Hi I’ve just been browsing the various sections and came across someone’s post about the “Dawn Phenomenon “ I think it may answer my query on morning readings.
Wish I’d found this forum before.

Well, you got it right: Dawn phenomenon. Is there anything else we can help with though? :)

@Phillip120 Hello! There are two threads where you can record your morning blood sugar reading. One is chatty and the other is just for recording results. I like using the thread as it reminds me I need to take my blood sugar and it helps to keep me on track. :)
