Ahh - I've posted the link to the ones I have - and just checked, yes they do have maltodextrin in them too. I guess I'll have to find some that don't contain this. Thanks for your help.
How much do the capsules weigh, maybe 500mg? If they were entirely sugar they are not going to make a difference at one a day.

Well the plot thickens... I was reading the NHS guidelines about vitamins that @Bluetit1802 gave the link for - on the PDF attachment it says,
Vitamin C is not suitable for everyone. It can cause dangerous rises in the blood sugar levels of people with diabetes.
Bit off-putting to say the least!

I wonder why vitamin C can raise blood sugars?

Thank you. My blood sugars seem ok so I’ll carry on taking them! I’ll bear it in mind if I ever lose control!
