Not sure what the band/guy is called, Sail? But the song is blame it on my add/apd and it's awesome! Bit dub steppy but not too much it's great!

Vinegar Joe - that was a while ago. If I remember right I think Robert Palmer was in the band? His Addicted to Love was known more for the fab video directed by Terence Donovan the fashion photographer
