My blood sugar won't go down! Help!

Hi, For about two days now my blood glucose has been above 15 and is rising and rising up. It's now at 24 and it's been two days. I have been raising my insulin and starting to feel quite thirsty.
 
Have you checked for ketones?

Have you changed your insulin for a new vial/pen/cartridge in case it's 'gone off'?

If your BS is that high, I'd advise you phone 111 for advice.

My ketones on my machine say lo and they are going down a bit. Now but by the morning comes it will be 20 again.

Get some medical advice @Danny98 I've phoned 111 before because of high sugars and some ketones.

Could you be coming down with an illness or infection?

Change your insulin (even if you think it's ok). That's a sensible precaution. Drink enough water and keep testing both your BS and ketones. But do speak to someone if your sugars stay high like this.

Look after yourself and take care.
