Hi all,
Since 2 days, I have to rise my insulin doses, eat less carbs, my ratios which are usually around 1:25-1:30 are now at 1:10 and still with some high blood sugar values. Nothing has change in the type of food that I eat, and I haven't changed my sports habits, which I control a lot. Does this situation ever happen to you? What causes have you found? My most logical guess is that I have an infection that is asymptomatic and that it might go away in a few days or more. The thing is I feel very tired, very low-energy, I can barely focus on my work and feel kind of dizzy, but to me this looks more like consequences of my "super high insulin resistance / higher blood sugar values" than the cause for it.
Anyways, if you have similar situations in mind, please share!! Thanks!
