Hiya Sugar Ray,
Well it looks like it's a great low-carb menu for one day, but eating the same thing every day is going to drive you mad won't it? There are plenty of nice low carb things to eat to give you some variety. Sustainability is the key, one of the worst things you can do it stick to the diet for a few weeks before you crack and fall off the waggon.
Bran flakes aren't any good by the way, if you must eat cereal All-Bran is a much better option.
Low-fat yoghurts tend to be higher in carbs than regular "full-fat" varieties. On the same note, egg yolks are good for you, why cut them out?
What's your aim here? To control your blood glucose or to lose weight? In the short term you can lose weight by cutting down on both carbs and fat (and basically eat a low calorie diet), but that isn't a diet that you'll be able to sustain long term.
