my first full day of BG testing

Hi .I would just like to put out my first full day of BG meter tests this was yesterday
5.1 before breakfast 2h after 6.4
5.0 before lunch 2h after 5.7
4.7before dinner. 2h after 5.7
All the food was in the green GL list traffic light system
From what I have read on these forums this good I think.tony
