I thought it would have increased, as I've been a little more lax on the carbs. But it went down from 35 to 33 mmol/mol. Maybe it's down to the continuing weight loss. Thanks to those on the forum who have encouraged me to (mainly) keep on the straight and narrow, and have encouraged me with my weight loss.
Thanks both. I enjoy this way of eating. I do miss a crusty cob and a well-buttered crumpet, but maybe in the future, after enough weight loss, and assuming Prof. Roy Taylor is right, maybe I'll be able to have a few more carbs.
