@Jogreen21 that's awesome getting to day 7, as they say slow and steady wins the race. The way our bodies work can be strange sometimes but by eating 3 times a day you are actually helping your blood sugar to stay on an even keel. When we don't eat our bodies take action and dump glucose into our system which is why blood sugar levels rise when we don't eat.
