I found hotel chocolate are now selling 4 different varieties of 100% organic dark chocolate ( 1 variety each from equator,st Lucia, Peru and the Dominican Republic)
They're certainly not cheap at £6.50 a bar but the taste is awesome and a little goes a long long way. The carb count is between 8 & 11 per 35g depending on the variety - I couldn't imagine eating more than 5-10g g at a time the flavour is so intense although nott overly bitter
