I forgot to enter some carbs but it was mainly wine and beer
wine can push it an extra 20 an evening :¬)
now I found the Libre can tag one glucose reading with multiple things
Food + Wine + Total Carbs for example and you can even add your own tags.
These are uploaded to the scanner from PC
This will mean better carb tracking.
I substitute a lot of protein and fat instead of carbs
most meals its 4-8 carbs most meals
I have got used to no pizza rice bread cookies sweets etc etc now :¬)
well I have a bit of 90% chocky once in a while with a cuppa tea
I do eat a few protein replacements from ciaocarb products like bread and cookies

CiaoCarb Loaf of Bread, 300g is 16 carbs a loaf (2 slices with scambled eggs type thing)
CiaoCarb ProtoMax Maxi Form Cookiea are 4 carbs a bar
tried and tested no reaction on me - and I like em :¬)
as its a lot of protein you need to drink liquid a lot but I am always drinking HIC!!!! :¬)

Yep I should have been more care full in my words - I think my life changes have controlled it and I have no willing to go back to all the horrid stuff I used to eat :¬)
