My son has a Tandem T-flex and LOVES it!

We did the pen thing for about a year and the pump is SO MUCH BETTER.

Feel free to ask some questions and I'll do my best to provide a detailed response.
 
Did you have any choice about which pump?
If so, what was your rationale behind adopting the Tandem?

We did a bunch of research on all of the pumps and my son liked the ease-of-use of the T-flex. Also, the feedback from the Diabetes Educators regarding what their patients were saying about the various pumps played a big role as well.
