My today's lunch @1.19pm is rohu fish, grated carrot fry, avacado salad, red amaranth fry.
1.41pm(20mins)- 101mg/dl, 1.52pm(30mins) - 107mg/dl, 2.19pm(1hour)- 111mg/dl, 2.22pm(1 hour , 3mins)- 107, 2.35pm(1hour, 15mins)- 103mg/dl
I think I will need insulin soon to manage my blood sugars. My mother is diabetic and has end stage renal failure. I might be going the same way. I may not be able to keep normal blood sugars with diet and exercise alone.
