You say that your blood sugar levels are creeping up, what sort of levels are they? This is one cause of fatigue along with Vitamin D deficiency. Other causes of fatigue are Vitamin B12 deficiency, Anaemia and underactive thyroid.

If you are concerned about your vitamin D levels have a look at http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/ , I was diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency and take Calcichew D3 Forte, I also add another 2000 IU of Vitamin D to this. Higher vitamin D levels definitely make you feel much better. Have they investigated why you have low iron levels? Do you have heavy periods? I had a fibroid which which was causing me to have heavy periods and made me anaemic.

I can't help with any suggestions as to why you have tinnitus, I have it from going to too many discos when I was young and too many pop concerts in the last 10 years.

If you don't get things sorted out with your GP (keep going back and tell them how it is), then maybe it is time to change your GP or go to another one in your surgery.

Hi. I was on Januvia for a few years with no problems. It can have a few serious side effects but they are quite rare. I wonder why you were put onto insulin and then taken off: Can you give us a bit more info on that. What age are you? You obviously have a complex set of symptoms which we aren't in a position to directly help with. What was your last HBa1c result? What other drugs are you on? Sorry to keep asking questions but it may help one of us spot something that may help.
