Australia. Ok i have figured it out, i believe its to do with certain junk food. Ate quite a bit the yesterday and has since jumped back up again.

You seem to be trying to control carbs in your diet just using Lantus rather than as a base (also called basal) insulin. Has anyone ever mentioned another type of insulin called bolus?
