Okay, I need help. I need to raise my calories not massively but keep my carbs down. I am stuck in bed sobbing my heart out as hubby has just had a right go at me, he prepares my meals and I don't eat or I tell him what I want, and he has to weigh it out. I don't know if a print out will work - but here is yesterdays.

As you can see, calories was 225, Carbs were 10 Fat was 7 and protein was 32!!!
