Hi, it is true any exercise will help you with sluggish circulation, even fiddling while sitting in a chair or lying down, but careful if you are not used to exercising, you must start off s-l-o-w-l-y and especially now we have a heatwave, by slowly I mean for example do some exercises that are not strenuous at first, just fidgeting around, while sitting down but keeping your feet on the floor raise just your heels keeping your toes on the ground, just raise heels a few times, then keep the heels on the floor and just raise your toes, and wriggle your toes too whenever you think of it during the day, do it several times, its all a start and then progress, maybe if you want to exercise more your doctor could recommend some physio, many people with heart problems have physio and gradually build up to fitness and increase circulation.
Check with your doctor what he/she exactly mean when they said you have low blood circulation and also ask what they recommend you do about it, and if it is ok to exercise especially since you say 'relating to my heart problems', do you have problems with your heart now or in the past?
All the best
Karen
