That's looking good. There is a lot of debate and difference of opinion on levels of carbs and it really is a personal decision. Some recommend about 30g which is very low. I keep mine below 125g but that works for me.hi i have just started on a low carb diet only yesterday so yesterday i has bacon eggs and tomatoes for breakfast rivita low fat cheese spread and ham for lunch i had cheese strings and low cal jelly in afternoon and stew for tea i was really supprised at my level last night i thought it would be higher it was 5.0 but i did do half hour on treadmill ,this morning level was 5.9 i had same again for breakfast today i have jus checked my level again 2 hours later and its 8.3 which is not bad .....is 100 carbs or less a day a good level to stick to
