Nerve Pain and Testicular Pain

Hello All,
kindly help me with same useful information. I have been having some nerve pain all over my body. This has affected my testicles which are swallon and painful after sex.

Please help I have tried taking medication for nerve damage but its getting worse. My Sugar levels are well managed with insulin and metformin.
