Hi, does anyone take Nestle coffee mate light with coffee? I had my first day back at work (or rather morning) and had this with me coffee. Coffee does raise my bs a little but after 2 cups of coffee at work my bs was 8.2 pre lunch.

you want to switch to using the full fat coffee mate

coffeemate light is 84gramms of carb per 100 grams while normal coffeemate is only 57.3 grams of carb per 100 grams

yet again, the "light" label is deceiving and of no use to diabetics...
