I was looking at an advert for easter chocolate (as you do...) and came across the following info
"Nutrition information per 100g (whole box of 12): 356 kcal, Proteins 3.7g, Carbohydrates 55g of which polyols 50.6g (giving "net carbs" of 4.4g) and sugars 3.2g, Fats 21.3g of which saturated 13.4g, Sodium 61mg, Fibre 9.7g."
Can anyone explain how the bold bit about carbs works for us ? do we count the 55 or the 4.4 ?? :?
